Leadville 100 MTB Race 18 Week Training Plan

The Leadville 100 MTB Race is one of epic proportions and a great bucket list event to say you've achieved.  This event comes with many challenged from extreme altitude challenges, challenging climbs, and complex pacing strategies.  This plan is designed to help you get the fitness needed and provide the tips needed to have a successful Leadville 100 MTB Race.



Gunnison Growler: Full Growler

The full Gunnison Growler is about 64 miles in length and another amazing and beautiful Colorado based MTB ultra endurance event.  This is also a good event to test your legs in a longer ultra endurance MTB event to see how you like it.  This plan is designed to prepare you for the full Growler and give you some important tips needed to complete such an event.



Beginner MTB Marathon Plan: 12 Week

Planning your first ultra endurance MTB marathon event?  This plan is designed to help you get your fitness to where it needs to be to complete your first ultra endurance MTB event. 





Intermediate MTB Marathon Plan: 12 Week

If you've done an ultra endurance event before, but it's been a while, and/or you have a decent baseline fitness, this plan will help you take your existing fitness and tailor it to what's needed to complete an ultra endurance MTB event.




Advanced MTB Marathon Plan: 12 Week

The advanced MTB marathon plan assumes you've completed 1 or more ultra endurance MTB events in the last 12 months and already have a good baseline fitness to build further on.  This plan will help you take your fitness to the next level and better your fitness at your next ultra endurance event.
